Literacy Blog #3

I'm reading the series called Crank. The part that I enjoy the most about the series is the author's style of writing. Every page is written in like a poem style, so it keeps you really interested. Sometimes the writing is in the form of a letter, or random or symbol. I don't find it that hard to read.

The odd             time
the author           will
write very
differently.
Like this.

I think it
makes
reading               pass
faster.
It makes
the pages
turn really            fast.

That is just a bad example of how creative Ellen Hopkins is. There is two different ways that you can read it, the first being from left to right, and the second being just reading the right column.

Another
example of
Ellen Hopkins'
style of writing would
be this one.   Personally,
I  think that       this style is
                                                           my second            favorite style
Why not my number one choice?
Because with the other one that is
                                                       shown above,             has not only
one way that                you can read
it but two neat               ways. Don't get
me wrong, this               is honestly very
neat, but I like               the double better.

This is another bad example of how the writing in the books are. This time I wrote in the letter A.
I really like these books, and I would highly recommend them! Here's what the series look like:
